Welcome to the official website of the Southern Oregon LadyGades professional womens tackle football team, members of the Womens Football Alliance (WFA) a national league with over 65 teams. Our inaugural season season was in April 2016. We are excited and working hard to bring a national title to Southern Oregon. WE ARE THE PREMIER WOMEN'S TACKLE FOOTBALL TEAM FOR THE

SOUTHERN OREGON.

Southern Oregon LadyGades are preparing for the 2022 WFA season which kicks off in April 2022. Do you love football? Have you always wanted to play but never got the chance? Your chance is coming as the LadyGades will be holding tryouts for the 2022 season. We are actively recruiting anyone 18yrs and older, No experience necessary. All you need is love of the sport and positive attitude.

Women Football Alliance

The Women's Football Alliance is a full-contact Women's American football league that began play in 2009. It is one of three full-contact, 11-on-11 football leagues for women, along with the Independent Women's Football League and the Women's Spring Football League, and the largest of the three.

The WFA was founded by couple, Jeff and Lisa King of Exeter, California. In its inaugural season, the league opened with 36 teams, and as of 2018, the league has grown to 65 teams.

The league consists of an American and National Conference and holds its Playoffs mid-June and it's National Championship in August. In 2019, the National Champtionship will be held late July in Denver, Co.
